Sometimes when you find a property you like that has had some additions to it, you just don’t know the measurements of the house. Some houses are cookie-cutter homes whose plans were given to the city records, and others are unique.
In general, it’s better to be safe than sorry, especially when you’re trying to get the maximum value out of the property. Today, I’ll be joining Lee Abraham at a property here in Brushy Creek to take measurements of the home so that we better understand its dimensions.
